Overview

Designed by Intuit Quicken, QFX is a proprietary file format used by banks and other financial organizations for the exchange of databases pertinent to financial concerns. Should the business pay Intuit for authorization to do so, customers can have QFX files ready for them. From QuickBooks or Intuit Quicken, one can create QFX files by following a conversion process. With the help of the program designed as an add-in extension for Excel, spreadsheets and text files can be produced in the QFX format.
