Overview

MAB is short for Mozilla Address Book. Using the file structure SeaMonkey and Thunderbird use allows one to save contact data including a name, address, and phone number. Supported also are Netscape and many other Mozilla email programs. Many people keep contact details for both personal and business needs on it.

Two address books SeaMonkey may produce are the Personal Address Book (a book. mab) and the Collected Addresses Book (history. mab).

Using the book.mab, history.mab, and impab.mab files which are imported into email programs Thunderbird record information.
